How do I request a refund?

Apple manages billing for App Store purchases, including refunds. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Most of our apps include a "Restore Purchases" option in their settings. If you can't find it or it isn't working, email support and we'll help you out.

How do I delete my account or data?

If an app of ours has accounts, instructions for deleting your account and any associated data are inside the app's settings. You can also email [email protected] and we'll handle it for you.

How do I report a bug?

Please email support with the details listed above. Reproducible bug reports are gold — we genuinely appreciate them.

How do I request a feature?

Email us! We read every suggestion, even if we can't reply to all of them. Themes that come up repeatedly tend to make it onto the roadmap.
